What you'll do:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for the General manager and the division
  • Liaise with unit heads and staff members on the division and unit operations and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard practices
  • Collate project, financial information and KPIs from different parties and sources, and prepare management reporting and analyses on operation and financial matters
  • Support commercialisation activities, including visits, seminars and conferences within and outside Hong Kong
  • Handle general enquiries and service requests from both external and internal parties.
  • Perform any projects/duties as assigned.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines or equivalent
  • Experience in supporting executives, division operations and/or marketing events are preferred
  • Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information and office matters, proficiency in MS Office and popular mobile social media app
  • Mature personality with self-discipline, able to handle multi-tasks and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills, detail-minded and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese or Putonghua
