About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Account Clerk to join our dynamic team at Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This full-time position offers a 5-day work week, providing an excellent work-life balance.What you'll be doing· To be responsible for assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.· To be responsible for control of general ledger, accounts payable & accounts receivable etc.· To be responsible for daily cash sales checking, pretty cash weekly bank-in & monthly bank reconciliation.· To be responsible for monitoring company’s cash position.· To assist in cope with annual audit.· To be responsible for general administrative duties.· To be responsible for assisting in ad-hoc financial analysis.· To assume additional duties as required.(Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant )What we're looking forRelevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in the Assistant Accountant or Account Clerk roleStrong attention to detail and excellent numerical skillsProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applicationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and able to work in a team environmentJob Requirements:· Diploma or above· LCC 2nd level / AAT· Proficiency in using MS word, excel· Knowledge of MYOB, or ERP system is an Advantage· Independent and self-motivated· 1-2 years working experience.What we offerAt Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
