Assign various phrase of jobs for work crew and follow up the progress
Supervise the job of work crew ensure the work is on schedule
Supervise the work carried out by outside contractors
Work on shift schedule to monitor all technical installations runs in normal function
Coordinate with other departments
Ensure the compliance of all statutory regulations on safety and fire requirements
Perform all assigned general engineering duties as long as licensing requirements permit.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience with Hotel/ Apartment engineering background preferred
Good technical knowledge in electrical system, plumbing system and MVAC system
Possess Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A)
Good leadership role and problem shooter
