
Rewards Officer / C&B Officer (Data focus, 1-year contract)

- Support Head of Rewards to review and facilitate implementation of global compensation and benefits (C&B) policies and procedures, workflow and practices.
- Support enhancement projects of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across regions
- Enforce practices and policies to ensure data quality and consolidation in terms of timeliness and accuracy.
- Conduct regular C&B audit for legislative compliance and corporate alignment.
- Handle HR analytics including monthly reports/dashboard, staff cost and headcount analysis.
- Support regional C&B projects including performance management, annual salary review and incentive, budgeting, market benchmarking, compensation structure/ policy review etc.
- Degree in Human Resources discipline or other related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experiences in sizable and MNC environment.
- Detail oriented, proficient in MS Excel (functions such as Macro, VBA, pivot). Knowledge in BIPO & SAP are preferred.
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently. Self-initiated.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- 1-year renewable contract
- Up to $26k + performance bonus
- Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (Flexible hours)
