- Describe typical touchpoints, customer questions and decision drivers for products
- Share sample consultation flows—how you open a discovery meeting, qualify needs, handle objections and close
- Advise on lead-scoring and prioritization criteria, cross-sell/up-sell triggers and follow-up cadences
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a front-line Relationship Manager in Hong Kong retail or SME banking
- Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, cross-sell/up-sell and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of customer interaction processes and sales lead generation within a banking context.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Location: Hybrid. Work from home, or come to our office when needed.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Paid by the hour. Competitive market rate.
