Operation Manager (Sports & Recreation | New Theme Park in HK )

• Responsible for the entire sport operation of multiple facilties for business planning, venue and equipment readiness planning, staff training, programme development, strategies, policies and reviewing / driving improvements when required.
• Leading, supervising and motivating all full-time and part-time staff to ensure that business and customer service objectives and targets are achieved consistently.
• Achieving business results and managing cost base according to set budget targets within areas of responsibilities.
• Ensure that all facilities are maintained to best-in-class standards at all times to deliver excellent customer journey experience.
• Oversee the operation within the areas of responsibilities ensuring compliance with the standards and SOP requirements and all staff are well trained and perform according to the latest SOP requirements and standards.
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks when needed

• You’re a Bachelor Degree holder in Recreation Management or similar studies
• You have minimum 5 years' of relevant experience in theme park or up-scale fitness centres, of which 2 years in supervisory role.
• You have good service skills with can-do attitude.
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented and result-driven, with strong leadership skills to drive for continuous improvement in service and business performance.
• You are able to handle pressures and meet tight deadlines
• You have good communication and interpersonal skills
• You have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
