Responsibilities:Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by provision of one-stop quality service.Pro-actively follow up the order status with customers, handle customers' enquiries and provide after-sales service to meet customers' satisfaction.Liaise with customers on Sample Development.Ensure timely delivery of quotations and samples with manufacturing units on sample making and production.Maintain master file for the printing products and print job records.Requirements:Diploma holder or University graduated with advance level of Microsoft Applications.2+ yrs relevant experience in printing & labeling / garment & apparel industry.Knowledge of ERP is preferred.Manage to prioritize job tasks with attention to details in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge in Shipping Operations is an advantage.Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin).Fresh graduate is also welcomeWe offer 5-day work and group medical & life insurance.
