- Lead the joint planning and development of comprehensive payment promotion roadmaps and co-marketing initiatives with banking, payment wallet, and financial institution partners to drive mutual business growth and customer acquisition.
- Manager entire promotion lifecycle with partners, from strategic ideation and contract negotiation to communication execution, including system integration, offer configuration, compliance alignment, and communication instore and ATL.
- Proactively collaborate with and influence internal teams (Internal Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, IT) to align resources, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless execution of joint promotions and partnership projects.
- Design and implement robust frameworks to evaluate partnership and promotion effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations for optimizing ROI and partnership value.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with junior-to-senior level contacts at partner organizations (banks, payment wallets, financial institutions).
- Act as the primary liaison for all partnership matters and strategic discussions.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, innovative engagement models, and scalable processes to expand the partnership portfolio and drive long-term revenue growth.
- Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Communications or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of partnership experience focusing on payment promotion partnerships with banking/financial institutions/payment wallets
- Experience in retail, FMCG is an advantage
- Presentable and strong in communication, stakeholder management
- A team player, detail-minded, independent, fast learner with good analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
