- Foster long-lasting relationship and ensure excellent quality of Case Management Services.
- Collect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurate.
- Ensure effective and efficient underwriting & operation processes.
- Deliver reports to stakeholders regularly, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions.
- Excellent team management, strong organizational, problem-solving skills.
- Provide value-added comments and advise on system-related or other projects.
- Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
- University degree, preferably with LOMA qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in life insurance industry.
- Possess solid product knowledge.
- Understanding AML, KYC, CDD, EDD, Sanctions and all Risk activities.
- Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint are preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
- Sound experience in HNW or Broker business is an advantage.
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
