- Solicit new NBFI business opportunities and grow the existing portfolio to achieve pre-defined performance KPIs
- Maintain a high quality of loan portfolio and exercise prudent credit assessment
- Prepare and recommend credit applications and obtain approval for new and existing customers with credit facilities structured to accommodate customers' needs
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products including treasury and wealth management
- University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or related disciplines, with professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CFA is preferred
- Possess 5-6 years of corporate banking experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Sales oriented with solid credit analysis knowledge
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Holder of ECF-Credit Risk Management qualification
