Providing quality wine and beverage service to guests
Advice on wine and food pairings for guest
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Monitor and replenish inventory of equipment
Ensure daily operations of department are efficient and smooth

Requirements

Relevant working experience in hotel or upscale bar
Good beverage and wine knowledge
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance
Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
Good spoken in English & Mandarin is preferred
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Wine Waiter / Waitress
