We invite you to become a fan of the exceptional.About the jobBased at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Mandarin Club Officer is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Mandarin Club Officer reports to the The Mandarin Club Manager.As The Mandarin Club Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Deliver a delighted The Mandarin Club experience to our guests.
Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner.
Assist in F&B operation of the Club Lounge
Maximize the Guest Loyalty and Guest Satisfaction in daily operation.
Ensures Legendary Quality Experience (LQE) standards are fully implemented, maintained and executed to meet and exceed guests’ expectations.
Ensures the beverage and self-service stations are properly set with sufficient stocks
Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the use of the hotel group.

As The Mandarin Club Officer, we expect from you:

Related working experience in hotel / Club Lounge
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work as a team
Basic computer and typing skills
Dynamic and energetic
