Senior Auditor, Internal Audit

• Participate and execute the planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up for assigned engagements
• Lead assigned engagements and work in a team or independently to execute the regional audit plan
• Execute any other responsibilities assigned and assist in fulfilling the overall Internal Audit responsibilities
• Engage in risk-based audits and value-add consulting engagements
• Collect, analyze, and test controls for effectiveness
• Prepare clear and concise audit documentation which includes drafting findings and recommendations
• Obtain agreement from the auditee on the recommendations and corrective actions with minimal supervision
• Detect unusual trends, conduct investigations and establish procedures for fraud prevention
• Frequent travel to the manufacturing sites in PRC and Vietnam, and other Asia Pacific locations is required

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of audit or related experience with a global corporation
• Operational audit experience or experience in operations is strongly preferred
• Experience at manufacturing and / or multinational organizations is strongly preferred
• CPA and / or CIA qualification will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skill and solid due diligence as well as research abilities
• Passionate, self-driven and result driven with highest ethical standard and professionalism
• Excellent communication skill including verbal and written communication
• Strong time management skill with demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-tasks
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally with staff of all levels
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
