You enjoy working with a close fun team, are results driven, and want a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleThe Deployment Manager, ASPAC, is part of the Global CRS team and leads the deployment of Hyatt’s new Central Reservations system, SynXis, to our global portfolio of approximately 1300 hotels, eight managed contact centers, and three outsourced centers. This position will be responsible for supporting the creation of the approach, building the deployment team, and executing the multi-year deployment plan. In this role, you will work with internal and external partners across the globe, including our partners, corporate and regional teams, and local hotel teams, both managed and franchised, to successfully execute this project on time and within budget.As the Deployment Manager - ASPAC, the colleague will be responsible for supporting the implementation of platforms, utilizing the project lifecycle to manage large and small projects inclusive of testing-related activities.· Design, develop, and uphold a cohesive deployment strategy· Manage the creation and maintenance of all associated training material· Lead the recruitment and training of the deployment team· Manage resources and their day-to-day workloads by proactively identifying and resolving issues that would present a risk· Implement training and development plans for each team member· Grow and maintain relationships with GHOS Internal partners to ensure cross-functional alignment· Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activitiesQualifications:Experience Required:· A diverse Hotel Management Experience in Operations or call center (5+years)· Managing projects with multiple waves· In-depth knowledge of Hyatt’s core central reservation systems 5+ years· Developing training for a global audience 3+ yearsExperience Preferred:· College degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a major hotel company· Experience with Core Hyatt Systems, Opera, Reserve, SynXis, Envision, Prio, RMT, Colleague AdvantageThe position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
