We are looking for high caliber professional for the following position:Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the café, bar lounge and banquet facilities, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and ambiance.
  • Lead, supervise and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service, providing coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance.
  • Support staff development by delivering high-quality customer service training and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Handle guest comments and complaints professionally, taking immediate corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor monthly sales performance and participate in cost management initiatives to maximize profitability across all outlets.
  • Assist in tracking business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies while implementing cost-control measures.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager in planning and developing business strategies to boost sales and profitability.
  • Follow up on banquet inquiries, quotes and assist in planning events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage documentation, including duty rosters, attendance reports, sales data and other relevant records.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Outlet Manager
Requirements
  • F.5 or above, Diploma in Hospitality and Catering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in hospitality and F&B field, with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Good supervisory and people management abilities
  • Excellent customer focus and proactive attitude
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Business oriented with knowledge of market trends
