This role is ideal for a seasoned communicator who can transform complex policy, business, and technology topics into compelling written narratives that elevate the organization’s corporate reputation, support stakeholder engagement, and drive thought leadership.This is a unique opportunity for a communications professional with a deep command of language, storytelling, and brand voice—particularly within a government, policy, or technology context.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Communications & Content DevelopmentDevelop and execute content-driven communications strategies aligned with corporate priorities.Create high-impact written content including whitepapers, thought leadership articles, advocacy materials, press releases, speeches, and executive messages .Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all internal and external communications.Translate complex policy, innovation, and technology concepts into accessible and persuasive narratives for varied audiences.Public Policy & Advocacy CommunicationsConduct in-depth research and analysis of public policy trends relevant to the digital and innovation ecosystem.Craft well-structured policy content that informs, influences, and aligns with the organization's advocacy goals.Support engagement with government stakeholders, industry associations, and NGOs through clear and compelling written communications.Media Relations & Brand PositioningWork closely with media and PR teams to develop media kits, op-eds, and briefing notes that reflect the organization’s strategic narrative.Collaborate with brand, marketing, and digital teams to ensure alignment across all content touchpoints.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations , or a related field; advanced degree a plus.8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, content strategy, or public affairs, ideally with exposure to government, tech, or regulated sectors.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both English and Chinese —with a strong portfolio of long-form and strategic content.Demonstrated ability to write persuasively for diverse formats (e.g., whitepapers, reports, speeches, and thought leadership).Experience in public policy, stakeholder communications, or advocacy is highly preferred.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.Strategic thinker and collaborative team player with high professional integrity and a passion for public impact.To apply, please send your CV in word document to [email redacted, apply via Company website] or call 2103-6414 for a confidential discussion.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
