As a Settlement Specialist for Equity Products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. You will work closely with traders, brokers, and other financial institutions to manage and resolve settlement issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:

Process and monitor the settlement of equity trade
Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve settlement issues in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Maintain accurate records of all settlement activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide support for end-of-day and end-of-month reconciliation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in equities settlements or other similar experience.
Strong understanding of equities products and settlement processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in settlement systems and financial software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
