Assist manager in engineering department to:

Implement projects to meeting business and operational needs,
Supervise the maintenance contractors, including Material Handling System (MHS) and Facility Management to ensure their works meeting SLA,
Supervise the contractors to timely complete works and closing fault report up to satisfaction,
Carry out additional duties as directed by superiors.
Assist manager to implement enhancement/improvement projects on Material Handling System (MHS), Facility Management, Non-MHS equipment and Occupational Health Safety Environment (OHSE) to meet business and operational needs.
Supervise maintenance contractors of MHS, Facility Management and Non-MHS equipment to ensure their works meet SLA and value for money.
Ensure PM/ CM are thoroughly applied on MHS and Facility Management.
Coordinate with internal and external parties during emergency breakdown maintenance of MHS, Facility Management and Non-MHS equipment.
Supervise the contractors to timely close Defect Outstanding Works List (DOWL) and up to satisfaction with minimal impact to Operations.
Stationed at Terminal Control Centre (TCC) to monitor the operational and technical performance of the MHS as requested.
Liaise and respond to System Controller Team at the TCC of the MHS operating status, estimated down time and possible solution for maintaining normal cargo handling operation.
Supervise MHS maintenance contractor at Engineering Control Room for operating status, timely attendance of all faults, diagnosis, estimated down time and follow-up corrective action
Prepare daily and management reports
Assist and support the Managers during an emergency or crisis situation
24 hours shift duty may be required

Requirements:

Higher Diploma / Certificate or Degree in Engineering;
A minimum of 6 years post qualification work experience with not less than 2 years at supervisory level
Good interpersonal skills
Good Chinese and English written and communication skills
Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Computer-aided system. Knowledge in using AutoCAD should be an advantage;
Detail oriented and able to work independently
