Chinese Mercantile Bank and ICBC Asset Management (Global) Company Limited, two wholly-owned subsidiaries of ICBC (Asia), specialize in Renminbi services in mainland China and ICBC’s global asset management business respectively.Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the implementation and review of compensation and benefits strategies, including annual salary review exercise and benefits plansResponsible for the full spectrum of staff performance management, and support annual staff budgeting and staff cost managementPerform salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure the market competitiveness of remuneration packageLiaise with external service providers to facilitate the implementation of benefit programsReview and develop human resources policies and procedures to ensure in compliance with statutory requirementsPerform payroll administration and other ad-hoc duties as assignedJob RequirementsUniversity graduate or aboveMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and/or performance management, preferably in banking & finance industryGood knowledge of compensation and benefit practicesWell-versed in Employment Ordinance, related employment legislation and regulationsProficient in MS Word and Excel and good report writing skillsExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including PutonghuaInterested parties, please click "Apply Now" for application.Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.
