- Develop and execute talent management strategies-competency modelling, leadership development, and employee development programs
- Establishing principles, frameworks and philosophies for talent strategies, for example, talent acquisition and development, performance management and succession planning
- Optimize performance and career growth frameworks to support employee growth and career progression to groom future ready talents
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs (e.g., leadership development, technical skills, soft skills)
- Design applied learning strategies to ensure knowledge transfer to the workplace
- Manage e-learning platforms, workshops, and certification programs
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, recognition programs, wellness activities).
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being
- Organize staff events, town halls, and feedback sessions to enhance morale
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Experienced in talent management, L&D, or HR
- Certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD (Association for Talent Development), or similar is a plus
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in HR analytics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
