We currently have employment opportunities in a variety of global locations and disciplines.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a knowledgeable Assistant IT Manager with specialized experience in ERP and CRM systems to support our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP and CRM software. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that the systems meet business needs, enhance customer satisfaction, and support our company's growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesERP & CRM Administration:· Manage daily operations of ERP and CRM systems.· Integrate ERP and CRM with other business systems for better data flow.· Support and train users to effectively use ERP and CRM tools.· Identify and implement improvements in system processes.· Lead ERP and CRM upgrade and implementation projects.· Generate data reports for decision-making using ERP and CRM.· Ensure ERP and CRM compliance with data security and privacy standards.IT Project Management:· Propose and manage IT project plans, including timelines, scopes, and resources.· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.· Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders.· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Qualifications· Degree in IT or related field.· 2 to 5 years relevant experience in Information Technology· Experience in ERP and CRM systems, application language (AL) and SQL database programming.· Familiar with Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.· Understanding of business processes.· Strong project management and analytical skills.· Good communication and training skills.· Familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity practices.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
