Additionally, EDPS Staffing extends our service scope to include non-IT staffing solutions.Sectors We Serve: Information Technology | Property & Construction | Public Sector | Education | FMCG & Retail | Financial ServicesDue to rapid expansion, we are hiring Recruitment Consultant (Tech & Staffing) to join our team.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle and manage the complete recruitment process.
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including but not limited to ATS, job boards, referrals, events, and social media.
  • Evaluate and respond to the specific needs of each client or assignment.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on the requirements set by clients.
  • Serve as the candidate’s primary contact point.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants to broaden the candidate pool.
  • Verify and update candidate information in both the internal database and job portals.
  • Recommend the most effective strategies for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
  • Stay informed about industries and market trends in tech recruitments, including essential skill sets.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc supporting duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for technology recruitment. Candidates with more experience could be offered the position of Business Director (Tech and Staffing).
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese; knowledge of Putonghua is a plus.
  • Skilled in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or other ATS is advantageous.
  • A quick learner with an ambitious attitude, capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
