Since 1965, New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association is dedicated to recovery-oriented, people-focused and evidence-based community mental health service development. The Association, with a team of over 1,300 staff members, operates more than 70 service units and projects to render residential services, employment and vocational training, community support for 16,700 people in recovery with mental illness (PIR) and their families, as well as provide mental health education to 37,500 general public annually.   • To manage talents and social capacity; facilitate synergy and collaborative networks;
  • To liaise with government departments or welfare agencies or corporates for training or wellbeing programmes;
  • To assist in the branding development of Training and Research of the Association;
  • To provide guidance, supervision, consultation and support to the staff teams;
  • To assist in planning, consolidating and evaluating existing provision including identifying gap(s) and developing new initiatives; and
  • To provide project coordination and management with regular project reports and updates.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor or above in Social Work, Education or related discipline;
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experiences at a sizeable organization preferably with experience in talent development, capacity building, research, innovation and development;
  • Experience in designing and implementing programmes;
  • Ability to enhance efficiency through reviews and make data-driven enhancement;
  • Proficient in knowledge management and to consolidate practical experiences, users feedback and service trend;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua; and
  • Preferably with experience in proposal writing and project design with strategic thinking competence and good writing and presentation skills.
