
Customer Service Officer - Office ($18-20K, 12-month contract)

- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate information/resolutions
- Document all customer interactions and details in the CRM system
- Compose clear, concise, and personalized email responses
- Route emails to appropriate team members for further assistance as needed
- Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction
- Develop product and policy knowledge to provide accurate information
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or subject matter experts
- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- 5 days per week, Mon to Fri, Working hours: 09:00-18:00
