Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails from customers
  • Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate information/resolutions
  • Document all customer interactions and details in the CRM system
  • Compose clear, concise, and personalized email responses
  • Route emails to appropriate team members for further assistance as needed
  • Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop product and policy knowledge to provide accurate information
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or subject matter experts
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Working Schedule
  • 5 days per week, Mon to Fri, Working hours: 09:00-18:00
