- Lead overall commercial planning and execution for the Hong Kong market
- Own and drive the sales strategy across the local market
- Manage wholesale and key account relationships to ensure strong in-market performance
- Continue to expand and evolve VIP customer relationships
- Plan and execute channel programs, promotions, and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with marketing and global stakeholders to ensure brand alignment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to shape local strategies
- Track commercial KPIs, ROI, and promotional spend effectiveness
- Lead and develop a small, agile commercial team on the ground
- At least 15+ years of experience in commercial and/or sales roles within premium consumer goods, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
- Deep understanding of the Hong Kong retail and distribution landscape, with proven experience managing trade and commercial partners
- Demonstrated success in delivering commercial growth while maintaining the prestige and positioning of premium brands
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, trade spend, and revenue accountability
- Skilled in both strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese preferred
