Position Summary:Jockey Club 'CoolPlay' Project Phase 2 is generously funded by a HK$64 million donation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. The project aims to ignite a passion for STEM learning in young children, setting the stage for future STEM education. Through our focus on play and exploration, we aim to enrich children's learning interests, learning attitudes (including resilience), and skills (including observing and predicting). This endeavour will be supported by a growing community of specially trained educators and experts, engaged parents, as well as the passionate community. With our internationally recognised STEM learning resource kit - JumpStarter, we make exploration easily accessible for everyone.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Development of Educational Programs: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Teaching and Learning frameworks to enhance educational outcomes across various institutions.Facilitation of Professional Development: Deliver high-impact teaching and learning workshops and sharing sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among educators.On-Site Consultation and Support: Provide expert consultation and tailored on-site support to schools, ensuring the effective integration of pedagogical best practices and addressing specific institutional needs.Administrative Leadership and Coordination: Oversee and streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with organizational objectives to support educational initiatives.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in teacher training, curriculum development, or educational support roles.Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting workshops and sharing sessions for teachers.Proven ability to provide on-site support and consultation to schools, as well as coordinate administrative tasks related to teacher training.Certificate in Early Childhood Education [C(ECE)] in Hong Kong is a plusProficiency in using technology for teaching, learning, and administrative tasks.
