We offer competitive remuneration package and a commitment to training and continual professional development.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily operations of settlement activities for global equities , Fixed Income , FX and MMProcess daily tasks including trade matching and ensure all instructions are executed timely and efficientlyProvide assistance to monitor securities lending positions for potential recall requirements, reconciling and collecting monthly lending income and prepare lending reportLiaise directly with front office, brokers, and custodians to resolve trade, settlement and lending issuesConduct margin calls with counterpartiesEnsure daily relevant processing are completed properly within pre-defined deadlineEscalate any issue to Team Manager's attention in timely mannerParticipate in UAT for any new system enhancement and implementationAssist in ad hoc projects as assignedRequirementDegree or aboveResponsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure0 - 3 years relevant Settlement experience in Asset Management / Investment Bank (Fresh Graduates are also considered)Familiar with SWIFT systemExcel Macro / VBA Knowledge is preferredExcellent command of spoken English, Mandarin & CantoneseWilling to work on public holidays, typhoon, black rainstorm and morning shifts at 6:30amWe offer an attractive remuneration with excellent opportunities to the right candidate.
