About Our ClientA leading multinational organization is seeking a skilled HR Specialist - Generalist to join their HR team in a confidential search. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support comprehensive HR operations within a dynamic, global environment, contributing to strategic and operational excellence across the group.Job Description
  • HR Operations Support: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
  • Policy Review and Update: Review and update HR policies at the group level, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with subsidiaries and various internal parties to communicate HR policies, gather feedback, and ensure consistent implementation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare consolidated HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analysis by collecting and analyzing data from different BUs at the group level, providing strategic insights to leadership.
  • Procedure Development: Assist in developing and refining HR procedures and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency and support group-wide initiatives.
  • Compliance and Support: Ensure all HR activities adhere to local labor laws and internal policies, maintaining confidentiality and high standards of governance.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with a generalist background covering HR operations, preferably in a multinational or sizeable company.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and prepare reports and organizational charts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with subsidiaries and diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Hong Kong employment regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
