We celebrate every small win and personal milestone of our people every day.Job Descriptions:Support the complete range of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations, including payroll calculations, benefits administration, insurance, taxation, MPF management, and attendance records for leave.Manage payroll and commissions for designated markets through third-party vendors, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Collect and analyze market data while coordinating with C&B vendors for compensation and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness. Resolve all employee inquiries related to pay and benefits in a professional manner.Collaborate with the HR Controller, Finance team, and HR department to develop annual budgets and forecasts, focusing on personnel costs, headcount, productivity, and HR-related expenses.
