- A steading expanding investment team across Hong kong and Mainland China.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and valuation of potential investment targets
- Assist in deal sourcing, screening, and execution
- Support due diligence processes including commercial, financial, and legal reviews
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA or CFA is a plus
