Headquartered in Hong Kong, we have branch offices in Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore and Bangkok.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the planning and management of all production, technical and operational aspects of clients’ events from account servicing, managing project budget and timeline to implementing creative, technical, logistics elements and on-site executionsExecuting events smoothly in achieving project target, to meet clients’ expectations and the company’s profit margin setting, communicating and maintaining priorities and deadlines on every projectMaintaining and developing client and vendor relationshipsDevelop proposals, contracts and quotations with clients; and negotiate contracts and invoices with vendorsDevelop work plans and production schedulesImplement, execute event creative concepts, design, technical draw, floorplans and renderings with in-house designerFloor Management and ensure program has been implemented according to planManaging and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, partners and all events logisticsTravelling to onsite inspections, manage venue built-out, overseeing setup overnight, dismantling and removal of the production and clear the venue efficientlyTroubleshooting on event day to ensure the event is executed successfullyRequirements:University graduate in Event Management, Marketing or related field; or equivalent professional qualification5 years of experience in Event or Marketing related fieldEnthusiastic in executing a wide variety of events and promotionsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsNegotiation skills to obtain the best price from venues, suppliers and contractorsPossession of technical knowledgePossession of good people management / supervisory skillsIs self-motivated and a problem-solverTime management skills and ability to work in a high-paced, high-pressure environmentHas a flexible, target-driven, proactive approach and attitudeWillingness to work additional hours and work on weekends as neededGood command of written & spoken English and MandarinWe offer excellent opportunities and package to successful candidate.
