(a) Implement the project and manage the effective use of the "i-Connect service management system" for case management, data integration and retrieval, service planning, and data analytics in IFSC settings. (b) Provide assistance and guidance to users. (c) Liaise with the system vendor to maintain the system. (d) Organize internal capacity-building training sessions/workshops on the "i-Connect System". (e) Prepare guidelines/handbooks for the "i-Connect" system. (f) Attend knowledge exchange sessions, network meetings, and capacity-building workshops organized by the funder.Requirements :
(a) Degree or higher diploma holder, preferably in computer science, information systems, or IT-related disciplines. (b) Relevant working experience in areas such as IT project coordination, system support, and data analytics. (c) Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge. (d) Good communication and interpersonal skills. (e) Good command of oral and written Chinese and English. (f) Demonstrate positive and self-motivated attitude, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. (g) Demonstrate a well-organized and structured approach to work. (h) Flexibility to work in Sham Shui Po and Tin Shui Wai IFSCs.
