Responsibilities:This role is fully responsible for the company's marketing promotion and brand building, overseeing high-end client events, online and offline marketing initiatives, and enhancing the company's brand influence and professional image. Key responsibilities include event planning and execution, social media operations, visual design, and content creation, specifically:End-to-End Event Management: Plan, execute, and review events such as client receptions, seminars, client visit tours, and online/offline meetings, including proposal development, material design, process control, and business outcome tracking;Content Creation and Social Media Operations: Manage daily operations of platforms such as WeChat Official Account, writing and publishing high-quality marketing content;PPT Design and Optimization: Create and optimize professional and visually appealing presentations related to the company's products and services;Design Coordination and Material Follow-up: Collaborate with the design team to articulate requirements for posters and promotional materials, track project progress, and optimize outcomes;Event Photography and Post-Production: Conduct on-site photography and retouching to ensure high-quality visual outputs;Live Streaming and Meeting Support: Manage online live broadcast streaming, conference systems, and technical support.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field;At least 3 years of experience in marketing event planning and execution; familiarity with Mainland China market and financial services industry is a plus;Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva, and social media management tools is highly preferred;Excellent content planning, copywriting, and visual design skills;Proactive, responsible, strong ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment;Outstanding team collaboration and communication skills, capable of working efficiently with internal and external stakeholders;Fluency in Mandarin is required; proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
