- Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market intelligence for both local and tourist markets, aiming to increase ticket sales and boost overall revenue.
- Gather market information and feedback to contribute to product development and service enhancements.
- Execute the system connectivity project to facilitate collaboration with external trade partners and internal cross-departmental teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop joint products and formulate distribution tactics targeting international tourism markets.
- Create educational programs and promote them to the education clients in Hong Kong, and APAC markets.
- Suggest and appoach new sales channels or platforms, along with pricing structures and sales promotion strategies.
- 10+ years of tourism sales experience with 2+ years of managerial level
- Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Strong organization, planning abilities and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding sales results in the travel industry
- Professional command in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
