- Implement brand strategies and directions provided by the senior management team, translating them into actionable marketing plans and engagement campaigns that effectively boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase enrollments, all aligned with the school's objectives.
- Execute approved marketing plans, establish budgets, regularly review spending targets, and make necessary real-time adjustments to optimize the performance of brand marketing campaigns.
- Manage the school's digital marketing channels, including the website and various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), as well as online advertisements. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across these channels.
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns, encompassing email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing.
- Utilize graphic design software to create visually appealing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with school goals, brand strategy, and other relevant initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against predefined goals such as ROI and KPIs. Identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns, and provide consolidated market insights to the senior management team.
- Manage external agencies, when necessary, to support marketing execution and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in digital marketing, design, and branding to ensure the adoption of innovative and effective strategies.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, including school open days, fairs, and networking events.
- Monitor market trends and conduct research on international schools markets, including tuition fee levels, offerings, uniqueness, and competitors' activities, to identify potential opportunities.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of the international school sector or previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the entire marketing mix.
- Exhibit proficient computer and administrative skills, including the accurate utilization of large databases.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Have experience in identifying target audiences and developing engaging, informative, and motivating campaigns.
