- Introduce group portfolio of managed security solutions to achieve a high share-of-wallet in the account.
- High energy pursuit of opportunities working in tandem with account managers. Opportunity management vs account management.
- Understand customer’s businesses, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization. Focus on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives through ICT solution sales.
- Conduct high impact sales presentations and prepare sales proposal. Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
- Engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization to include all C-level executives, negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals.
- Ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels with every customer engagement.
- Minimally 3 years’ experience in selling end to end security solutions such as Firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, authentication, content filtering, patch management, data loss prevention, SIEM, OS-hardening, web server security, vulnerability assessment, managed security testing, endpoint and cloud security.
- Familiar with security solutions from Trustwave, Palo Alto, FireEye, Checkpoint and Akamai etc.
- Sales experiences and familiarity with supporting enterprise information infrastructure (eg. server, network, AD) will be an added advantage.
- A degree or higher in IT, Business, Marketing or related field
- High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented
- Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
- Able to travel as needed.
