ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER (BRAND MARKETING)Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify trends, insights, and competitive landscape
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media as well as know how to create product concepts by good storytelling…etc)
  • Build and manage assigned brand to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive decision-making
  • Manage category P&L. Oversee marketing budgets and optimize marketing spending to maximize ROI
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales team on developing and evaluating effective channel promotions and assist in category management
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas and enhancements to existing products based on market feedback and analysis
  • Inventory planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative and strong passion for brand building and marketing
  • A good team player, energetic, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Candidates who are less experienced would be considered as Senior Product Manager
