- Conduct market research and market intelligence, reporting to senior management.
- Managing and mentoring a team of marketing and communications professionals.
- Collaborating with leadership to align marketing efforts with the organization's mission and values.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of marketing and communications experience with senior leadership experience.
- Industry experience in education, luxury, beauty, hospitality or property.
- Candidates with regional experience will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
