Key Responsibilities:Manage the school''s IT service ticketing system, handling technical support requests from faculty, staff and studentsResolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Generate and analyze IT support request statistics, providing regular reports to managementProvide comprehensive IT technical support for various school eventsMaintain accurate inventory records of all school IT equipment and implement and manage the asset lifecycle from deployment to disposalCollaborate with internal clients on the formulation of material/service specifications and provide advice to internal users in the evaluation and selection of suppliersPerform root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams if necessaryQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree holder in computing/Information Technology or related fieldA minimum of 1 year helpdesk and hands-on support experience with PC, Mac, servers and networkGood understanding of network/server-side infrastructureExperience with MacOS, iOS, WindowsOS, Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Active DirectoryMCSE/CCNA and related professional certificates is preferredFamiliarity with IT security principles and data protection best practicesExperience in major projects such as large-scale network deployment, cloud computing solutions, or security audits for schools will be considered a plusGood interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication in both English, Chinese Cantonese and MandarinProficiency in leveraging AI and automation processes to improve work efficiency is preferredCapable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
