Human Resources Manager (F&B Group)

• Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
• Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback sessions
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations and grievance procedures

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management is preferred
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of HR management experience gained from the F&B sector is a MUST
• Good business and numerical sense with HR advisory capacity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate within a fast moving and ever-changing business environment
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Strong user of MS Office is a definite advantage
• Proficient in both written and verbal Cantonese, Mandarin and English
