
Human Resources Manager (F&B Group)

- Manage all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Handle employee relations matters, investigations and grievance procedures
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management is preferred
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of HR management experience gained from the F&B sector is a MUST
- Good business and numerical sense with HR advisory capacity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate within a fast moving and ever-changing business environment
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong user of MS Office is a definite advantage
- Proficient in both written and verbal Cantonese, Mandarin and English
