Responsibilities:To support in planning, coordinating, and executing brand marketing campaigns, including monthly in-store promotions, events, email marketing, public relations, and production materials.Act as the key point of contact for store teams, providing clear instructions and preparing detailed briefing documents to ensure smooth implementation of promotions.Develop promotional materials such as POP, eDMs, WhatsApp messages, and other assets to support campaigns.Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (e.g., shopping malls, vendors) to align on promotional strategies and ensure timely delivery of materials.Monitor promotion execution, gather feedback from stores, analyze campaign performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.Explore joint promotions and initiatives with partners to enhance customer value and drive store trafficRequirements:Diploma holder in marketing, public relations, journalism or related disciplines1-2 years relevant work experienceStrong marketing sense with a solid understanding of current marketing trends.Interest in toys and cosmetic products is a strong advantage.Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) with skills in using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut are a plus.Detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible. Results-driven with strong problem-solving, good communication, and interpersonal skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and tight schedule.
