Advise and support employees with regards to internal career managementContribute to the formalization of succession plan for key positions, drive the formulation of appropriate training and development plans for talents and key staffProactively support managers to prevent unnecessary staff turnover by anticipating short- and long-term business needsGive advice to managers on the annual compensation review exercise.
