- Lead and supervise a team to prepare and deliver monthly management reporting, performance analyses, budgets/forecasts, and long-term financial projections for the businesses
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statement closing deck and variance report with clear and concise variance explanations
- Monitor liquidity and prepare annual cash flow forecasts
- Act as a business partner, working closely with department leaders to analyze and improve product margins across all product divisions
- Evaluate prices and product mixes to ensure optimal performance within customer segments
- Provide detailed profitability analyses and identify key drivers of cost of goods sold trends to support strategic sourcing directions
- Review current workflows and propose action plans to support the Group in formulating/improving finance and internal control policies and procedures to promote operating efficiencies
- Support finance-related projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with CPA qualification
- Minimum 7 years of related working experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Experience in trading, sourcing, or retail companies highly desirable
- Demonstrated self-awareness, responsibility, and reliability
- Ability to multi-task, and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
