- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits sector.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and healthcare plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- A patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to manage a high-volume workload and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
