
Manager, Digital Channel Insights - Hong Kong Business

- Support and deliver digital channel initiatives with seamless and consistent digital experience for SME customers. Establish and maintain robust data tracking framework to capture comprehensive user behaviour and engagement metrics across digital platforms
- Analyse digital interaction data to uncover customer insights, identify pain points and recommend actionable improvement to digital proposition and journeys
- Drive personalization strategies by apply behavioural segmentation and targeting techniques to improve customer experience, digital feature adoption, and product up-take
- Monitor digital channel performance and analytics outcomes, provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management
- Manage project timelines, resource and stakeholder communication effectively to ensure successful delivery of projects / programs
- Conduct relevant business testing (UAT, PVT) on digital solutions and formulate customer commercialization activities to ensure smooth service / campaign launch
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Business, Product, Analytics, Risk Stewards teams to co-create data-driven digital initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by championing best practices in project executions and digital analytics
- Good understanding of Commercial Banking business, products and processes, preferably in managing digital initiatives
- Customer oriented with strong business acumen and analytics skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternatives and anticipate challenges
- Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
- Proficiency with digital analytics skills and tools, such as SQL, Python, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Google Cloud Platform BigQuery / LookerStudio
- Experience in any of following domains would be advantage: digital platform project, customer behaviour data analysis, personalized content delivery
