- Lead Generation & New Business - Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities with brands and agencies, particularly in fashion, retail, beauty, and lifestyle.
- 360° Creative Sales - Sell full-service creative partnerships - including strategy, branded content, influencer activations, social and digital media, events, and production.
- Sales Ownership - Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitch development, proposal writing, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Client Relationship Building - Maintain and grow relationships with senior-level stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and cultural consultant.
- Internal Collaboration - Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams to shape and deliver campaigns that are insight-driven, relevant, and high impact.
- Market & Cultural Intelligence - Stay ahead of market trends, client needs, cultural shifts, and competitor movements to identify new opportunities and sharpen your strategic approach.
- Brand Representation - Act as the face of Hypebeast and Hypemaker in the GBA market - representing our unique capabilities in meetings, industry events, and the wider client community.
- 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, creative sales, or media/agency business development.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (listening and speaking) and solid written English for reports, decks, and email communications; conversational Mandarin is preferred.
- Active and trusted network within GBA's fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign sales and content-driven marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-level accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strong self-management, and a passion for cultural relevance.
