- Assist senior leadership in setting priorities, creating market entry strategies (including PRC), and executing growth roadmaps
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact partnerships and collaborations
- Build new business channels and explore cross-industry alliances to increase market reach and revenue
- Cultivate and maintain key partnerships with complementary brands, distributors, and platforms
- Structure joint ventures, co-branded campaigns, and retail collaborations to enhance visibility and engagement
- Lead cross-functional execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring internal alignment and partner satisfaction
- Monitor performance and ROI of strategic partnerships, optimising value creation and customer experience
- Define and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and business goals
- Lead all brand positioning efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across digital and offline channels
- Guide new product launches with image and design input, ensuring alignment with brand ethos
- lead a sizable marketing team and oversee the planning and execution of all marketing programs including PR, digital, CRM, and events
- Supervise the Marketing Department (6-7 team members) to execute campaigns efficiently and effectively
- Recruit, develop, and appraise individual staff while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring smart resource deployment and ROI tracking
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for all departmental processes, including risk assessments and financial oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10-12 years' experience in marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships-preferably within luxury, jewellery, or retail sectors
- solid experience in Sales and Marketing is a must
- Strong track record in driving commercial growth through partnerships and brand initiatives
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Expertise in strategic negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border marketing practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, budgeting, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel to Mainland China as required at times
