- 1. Develop and implement business strategies tailored to the needs of Mainland China clients to improve service quality and drive growth.
- 2. Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on cross-border client engagements, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between teams.
- 3. Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows and reduce costs, leveraging knowledge of Mainland China’s business environment.
- 4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor departmental performance to ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
- 5. Manage budgets, forecasting, and allocate resources effectively to support client projects and strategic objectives.
- 6. Assess and manage risks to the company’s operations, including developing contingency plans for cross-border challenges.
- 7. Act as the primary point of contact for Mainland China clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- 8. Report to senior management on operational progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- 1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- 2. 8+ years of operations management experience, with at least 5 years focused on the Mainland China market. Proven track record of managing cross-border operations is highly preferred.
- 3. In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management, particularly in the context of Mainland China’s business landscape.
- 4. Hands-on experience with budget development and oversight.
- 5. Strong understanding of Mainland China’s regulatory environment and business practices.
- 6. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build relationships with clients.
- 7. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
- 8. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
