- Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with carriers and operators to maximize profitability
- Achieve sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts (e.g., carriers, ISPs)
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive engagement and problem-solving
- Collect market intelligence and competitor offerings to position services effectively .
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare market analysis.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services (e.g., network provisioning, troubleshooting) .
- Work with billing team to ensure on time customer payment.
- Hunt for and onboard new carrier partners globally
- May attend industry events to expand networks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 3+ years in wholesale telecom sales, carrier relations, or telecom solutions .
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and managing high-value accounts .
- Proficient in Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
- Travel required for client meetings or industry events .
