Are you passionate about storytelling, community building, and innovation? The Communication and Engagement Team at CUHK’s Knowledge Transfer Office is looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join us in shaping the future of knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship on campus.The appointee will be responsible for (a) planning and executing engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns to promote innovation and entrepreneurship (e.g. InnoPort showcases, startup talks, student ambassador programmes); (b) managing digital and print communications, including newsletters, social media, and Cubic Zine, by curating thematic content that highlights impactful research, startup journeys, and community voices; (c) contributing to the planning and execution of strategic collaborations with CUHK faculties, student organisations, and external partners; (d) supporting space management and community development at InnoPort; (e) providing logistical and on-site support for events and workshops; and (f) monitoring engagement metrics and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; (b) excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese; (c) strong writing and editorial skills, with experience in publication curation; and (d) creative, organised, and a team player with a passion for innovation and youth engagement. With at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva), video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro) and social media platforms are preferred.Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.The University only accepts and considers applications submitted online for the posts above via the CUHK career site.
